     NR Architect was established in 2000 as an integrated, one-stop centre for architectural, planning and interior design services. in 2001, NR Interior Design was subsequently established to undertake large interior design works. Led by its principal, Nafisah Radin, the practice is amongst the very few medium size sole proprietorship practice that has successfully remain competitive with other established partnership  and body corporate practices.



     NR's emphasis is to establish a long term client-consultant relationship through its commitment to Integrity and Professionalism. the practice focus is to devise solutions to satisfy individual clients' needs and not to chain itself to any particular stylistic design trend. Instead, a commitment to analysis and design methodology combine with a sensitive and sensible approach to the context remain the core principle around which NR functions.



      Throughout its growth, the Group has widened its skill base to deliver a range of building that satisfies user demands, market trends and environmental concerns by keeping abreast of new technologies, both in design and construction. NR is the forefront to promote and design "Green Building" whereby the low-energy luxury bungalows and the Energy Commission Headquarters, both in Putrajaya are amongst pioneer "Green Building" projects in Malaysia.


     NR's works have been featured in various national and regional publications. Through the success of the practice and Nafisah Radin's contribution to the society, Nafisah Radin has won various awards including the "NAWEM Innovative Woman Entrepreneur Of The Year Awards 2004" and the coveted Ernst & Young Woman Entrepreneur of the Year - Malaysia 2006 Award", Malaysian Women Weekly "Great Women of Our Time Award 2007" and National Woman Entrepreneur Award 2009.

The Energy Commission Headquarters in Putrajaya  are known in Putrajaya as amongst the pioneering "Green Building" projects in Malaysia.
